Lol, some military humor. Common in basic training (and popularized by Full Metal Jacket), it involves the recruits holding their rifles in one hand and grabbing their dicks in the other while chanting that phrase. It's supposed to drill it into the recruits' heads that their rifles are "rifles" and not "guns." But I always thought it just looked funny... maybe because I'm a girl. ;B

I say the female version involves pretty much the same phrase, except with "these are my guns" and "these are for fun," and grabbing your tits instead.
